We engineered custom QR code tracking solutions designed to streamline employee and customer management. This technical layer provides precise oversight of operational data and enhances the service experience for both internal teams and end-users.
Booking & Communication Strategy.
To streamline global operations, ONMARS managed the sophisticated integration between the core digital platform and Fieldd.co, establishing a high-performance real-time booking ecosystem. Furthermore, we engineered an automated SMS campaign management system utilizing the Twilio API. This technical layer provides MDS with a direct communication channel for customer engagement and automated service updates, significantly enhancing professional touchpoints across their international network.
